Bob Randle welcomes Lance and Sharon Wilson as real estate associate brokers with Randle Realty.

Bob Randle has been in the real estate business and created Randle Realty serving buyers and sellers in Prowers, Baca, and Bent County with their real estate needs for 25 years.

"Our area is a good place to work and live. It is always a pleasure to assist people in purchasing or selling their real estate. Our business is about people and their properties," said Randle.

Lance and Sharon began their career in the SE Colorado real estate market appraisal section in 1995. They know the area; they know the properties and most importantly, people. Lance and Sharon were both raised in Lamar and returned from college to this area to make their home.

Our mission is to provide a full cycle of service to our clients purchasing or selling property. We specialize in guiding those in the real estate process from beginning to closing. We are about touring properties and enabling our clients to find the homes right for them.
